Felix Schoeller at digi:media 2011
As an innovative forum for the entire digital supply chain - from digital printing to processing to packaging – digi:media opened its doors in 2011 for the first time. Felix Schoeller Imaging was exhibiting at this show and presented its high quality Specialty papers for all imaging technologies, headed by the new photo book paper E-Photo "LUSTRE" for HP Indigo. E-Photo "LUSTRE" was specially developed for the production of photorealistic digital printing on HP Indigo presses and is available in the weights of 190 g/m² and 260 g/m².
The unique photo paper is particularly well suited for the popular production of photo books. But also applications such as calendars, annual reports and personalized books benefit from its excellent photographic quality.

DSCOOP Gold Partner since Nov. 2010
Since November 2010, Felix Schoeller Imaging is Gold Partner of DSCOOP, a dynamic, user-driven community of HP Graphic Arts press owners. In Orlando, Florida, the 6th annual conference of DSCOOP was held from February 17 – 19, 2011. Felix Schoeller Imaging participated with a guest speaker and a presentation area at this event and introduced very successfully its exclusive photobook paper E-Photo "LUSTRE" for HP Indigo.

Felix Schoeller Imaging with new products and new stand concept
At photokina 2010 Felix Schoeller Imaging presented itself as a one-stop supplier for photographic solutions. Its slogan "Focus on Imaging Paper Solutions“ illustrates how its range covers all four top imaging technologies: from inkjet and color laser through to silver halide and thermal transfer papers. We provide customised solutions that meet the highest specifications and comply with stringent quality and environmental standards. Our performance and innovative strength are also accentuated by the fact that the new papers on show have been specially developed for products that have only recently become establishd on the market.
New products:
Thus, two PE-coated photographic paper grades, originally used for solvent printing, which have been further developed to make them compatible with HP latex printing technology. Both, the PE photo paper with a grammage of 225 g / m² and glossy and matt surface as well as the 340 g / m² Canvas guarantee brilliant colours and excellent, durable print quality on HP latex printers.
Another new product is a high-performance yet inexpensive alternative for large format printing: a new addition to the three glossy grades in the PRIMO series in 150, 180 and 240 g / m² is PRIMO satin, a satin-matt product with a grammage of 180 g / m². With its matt finish and high stiffness, PRIMO satin is an outstanding entry level product for large format printing and offers a convincing price-performance ratio.
The new stand concept and the extensive product presentations in the four leading imaging technologies highlighted Felix Schoeller Imaging’s competence in specialty papers. The common theme running through it is our sense of responsibility towards the environment – a theme which again was also included in the stand concept. A green band of real turf has been integrated into the stand graphics - a real eye-catcher for our visitors! THE NEW GENERATION OF PHOTO BOOK PAPERS
For over 110 years, the name Felix Schoeller has been synonymous with outstanding photo papers. Now we have invested all our experience and know-how in a new generation of photo book papers: E-Photo "LUSTRE" for HP Indigo was specially created for photo book production on commercial HP Indigo presses. "LUSTRE" - the unique PE-coated, satin surface - gives each individual page of a photo book the look and feel of a genueine photograph. The paper that explores a whole new dimension in photo printing.
E-Photo "LUSTRE" for HP Indigo is available in grammages of 190 g/m² and 260 g/m² and is also excellent suitable for high quality digital prints as calenders, annual reports, brochures/flyers or personalized books.

CANVAS: THE NEW SPECIALTY PRODUCT
FOR HIGH-QUALITY
ART REPRODUCTIONS
Felix Schoeller Imaging presented its new CANVAS inkjet products BrightWhite, NaturalWhite and Solvent for the first time at the 2009 FESPA Digital in Amsterdam. This cotton/polyester blend, which has a basis weight of 340 g/m², has a special coating that makes it suitable for use with water-based and solvent-based inks. CANVAS Solvent is compatible with all common solvent and eco-solvent ink systems. Used with pigmented inks, the coating is water-resistant. The high quality our papers are famous for is continued in this new product line. The matt Canvas produces an outstanding image quality that is truly impressive and is superbly suited to printing high-calibre art reproductions to great effect. Samples and technical details are available now, quoting grades J43070 (Solvent), J43270 (NaturalWhite) and J43670 (BrightWhite).
