A polyethylene coating is applied to both sides of the papers. The high-quality ink-receiver layer on the top side ensures optimum ink control and absorption: even high resolution professional photographs can be reproduced one to one. This puts our photo papers up there with the very best in the world.
You can choose between different types of paper: papers with a swellable coating are suitable for dye-based inks, whereas papers with a microporous coating are universally compatible. They are available with a glossy or satin finish and in grammages between 170 and 300 g/m.²
Some of our PE-Photopapers are available in a particular finish: the faceted surface of "glacier" produces images with a structured gloss effect. The papers are resistant to ozone and light, scratch resistant and compatible with all common inkjet printers, meeting the highest demands of professionals and amateurs alike.
